Preventative Maintenance
A number of our customers have chosen to agree a preventative / service maintenance contract with our company, this involves one of our service engineers surveying the required door sets, details of each door set is recorded all well as frequency of use, based on this a suitable service plan can be quoted.
This will ensure the door operates at its optimum level, giving the customer peace of mind the risk of down time is lessened.
Certain door sets - Fire shutters, fire curtains, steel fire doors etc are required by law to be tested and certified, these vital components of a building should be tested regularly to ensure should there be a fire / fire alarm activation they will operate as per specification.
