Emergency Call Service
As a large number of companies & businesses operate outside of recognised normal working hours 9am-5pm, we offer a 24 hour emergency call out service - should the unforeseen occur.
If a door set should fail, get damaged due to vandalism, weather conditions, unfortunate mishap, our engineers will call to site within 3-4 hours.
If the problem is solvable / repairable our engineers will carry out the required work or if the opening is essential for access, they will bring the door set to such a state the safe access through the opening is maintained.
If materials extra labour is required our service dept will issue a quotation for approval on the next working day, if approved the work can be carried out in an agreed time frame.
